1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Convert Omni (the "Service"), operated at https://convertomni.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Convert Omni is operated by Omni Tech.

2. The Service

Convert Omni provides an online tool for converting image files from one format to another. We may add, change or remove features, supported formats or usage limits at any time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your country) to use the Service. To purchase a paid plan, you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18) or have a parent or guardian's permission and involvement.

Core conversion features do not require an account. Some features like purchasing a paid plan may require an email address. You are responsible for activity that happens through your use of the Service and for keeping any login credentials confidential if we offer accounts.

4. Free & Paid Plans; Billing

We offer a free tier and one or more paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a one-time purchase basis or recurring subscription basis to the payment method you provide via our payment partner Paddle.

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period so you won't be charged again after that.
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

5. Refund Policy (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We want you to feel confident trying a paid plan.

  • What is covered: Your first payment for a paid plan, subscription or credit package.
  • Guarantee period: 7 days from the date of that first payment.
  • How to request a refund: Email contact@convertomni.com with the email address or order details used for the purchase.
  • How refunds are processed: Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5 to 10 business days.

What is not covered:

  • Renewal charges after your first 7 days (cancel anytime before renewal to avoid future charges as detailed in Section 4).
  • More than one refund per person, household or account.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase.

We may deny refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive of this guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, convert or otherwise process any image that:

  • Is illegal, including child sexual abuse material (we report this to the relevant authorities and permanently ban the associated account and IP address wherever we are able to identify it).
  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights unless you own the rights or have permission.
  • Contains malware or is intended to exploit or disrupt our systems.
  • Violates another person's privacy rights (e.g., non-consensual intimate imagery).
  • Is intended to harass, threaten or defame any person or group.

You also agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits via multiple accounts, scripting or automated abuse.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing raw conversion product.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section and may report illegal content to law enforcement or relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Your Images & Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited and temporary license to process, store and transmit your image solely to perform the conversion you requested. This license ends when your file is deleted (Section 8). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Service. 8. File Retention & Deletion

Uploaded images and the files generated from them are automatically and permanently deleted no later than 60 minutes after upload. You are responsible for downloading your converted files before this window closes because we cannot recover files after deletion. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself including its design, code, logos and branding is owned by Convert Omni and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, logos or brand assets without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee conversions will always be error-free, uninterrupted or perfectly preserve every detail of your original file (some quality or metadata differences can occur depending on format).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convert Omni will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 USD if you only used the free tier).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Convert Omni harmless from claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service including content you upload.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, us or third parties. You may stop using the Service or cancel a paid plan at any time.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to a different venue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and where appropriate notify you (e.g., by email or a notice on the Service). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Convert Omni regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
